Whether after renovation works or for a ponctual need, the Devea Biodécontamination Services team will be available to prepare with you and then perform the surface disinfection service. They will evaluate with you the protocol and the Phileas® devices best suited to your needs, and will include diffusers, disinfectant, chemical and/or biological indicators during the service. Efficiency guaranteed 4-log, 5-log or 6-log according to your specifications!

Our support is not over once your Phileas® device is delivered! This is why Devea, as a leading ASD expert, helps you in setting up the Phileas® diffusers and designing the protocols that meet your specific needs.

Traceability

When were the last biodecontaminations performed in this room? By whom? What was the dosage? Have the diffusion cycles performed smoothly until the end? What was the last maintenance operation performed on this Phileas® device?

The MyPhileas® application developped by Devea for its Phileas® range allows complete traceability, with all information accessible from a tablet or a computer.

Secured access is possible with a username and password. MyPhileas® makes it possible to connect several Phileas® devices, and to configure several zones with distinct disinfection protocols (volume, dose, contact time, etc.).

The MyPhileas® application also allows you to start a diffusion remotely, for perfect user security.

Preventive maintenance & guarantee

We offer a one-year warranty on our Phileas ® machines under normal conditions of use. An extension of the guarantee is possible provided you exclusively use our disinfectants O2SAFE® and PHILEASAFE® with our Phileas® machines.

As a matter of fact, the Marketing Authorization (AMM FR-2009-0071) guarantees the results and the efficiency of a machine / biocide couple and has been obtained with the Devea products.
