Today we are delighted to share with you our ISO 9001 certification by Bureau Veritas!
Why an ISO 9001 certification?
Since its creation, the Devea team has attached particular importance to quality and development on solid foundations; we were, for example, the first French company to obtain Marketing Authorization for our O2SAFE biocide (as of 2019).
This mindset led us to set up a quality management system early on, and to constantly improve it.
We like to be there for our customers, listening to the needs and feedback of our users and partners. So it was only natural for us to embark on the ISO 9001 certification process last year, to support and further our commitment to the quality of our products and services.
Who audited us? Bureau Veritas, with its worldwide reputation for reliability and trust, was a natural choice, to be recognized by our international partners!
What is the scope of our certification?
We wanted to include all our activities within the scope of certification:
– design,
– development
– manufacturing
– marketing
– maintenance
of our solutions (Phileas® devices and O2SAFE7.4 and Phileasafe biocides) and our services: biodecontamination service provision, qualifications, maintenance and after-sales, etc.

– Committed to a quality approach, attentive to our customers’ needs and user feedback, we are constantly upgrading our products (software version upgrades for the Phileas® HMI and MyPhileas application, new Neomist diffusion head, patented, etc.). – We are currently developing new products, with real innovations in DSVA. Stay tuned in a few weeks!
– Good documentation practices, traceability and performance indicators were intuitively put in place before, and are now even more a part of our daily routine, to keep us focused on the real issues!

Phileas® – O2SAFE biodecontamination solutions are compliant with the EN 17-272 regulation and benefit from the Marketing Authorisation FR-2019-0071 (original French number, now also in most European countries), thanks to the distribution and efficiency tests performed by an external laboratory.
